Primal Factor guys I'm going to end this one here seconds sweaty session back since I've been back to training it's been good the deadlifts felt rough as hell man like I started out with 95 no maybe 90 mmm I think 95 body and clumsy and bulking and I want to build muscle and get bigger not necessarily strong but a minute because I can bring that back so I will have lost a bit of strength on there heavier lift so my weight kind of got
