My game bugged, please help me!

I've finished the game once... now it's my second time and the game bugged in Chapter 2, in main quests ''Reconquest'' and ''Water of Life or Death'', and side quest ''Randval the Loner''... dialogues do not progress!

Please, help me guys! I do not want to start all over again.

I love this game! But... I'm so angry now... '^'
