INTZ error - Any chance of support for older graphic cards?

Postby tom3k » 27 April 2013, 12:04

Hello,
I would like to ask if there is any chance that there will be some kind of patch to run a game on older graphic cards? I have ATI Radeon HD 3850 (drivers up to date) and never had any problems with playing new games (by 'new' I mean published in 2013). I know that in minimum requirements you specified Radeon HD 4830 but still I was quite shocked that the game didn't even start. I get "card does not support INTZ texture format" error and game just shuts down. Any hope for patch? I would like to try it even on low FPS.

I am very sorry but the ATI RADEON HD 3000 series are really not supported due to a lack of some graphics features, and this will be the case with more and more games in 2013 and the next years.
This is why the minimum required for Mars:War Logs is an ATI RADEON HD 4830 graphics card.

The freeze lasts for anything from 10 seconds to 1 minute. I have updated my graphics card drivers and audio and installed all the latest windows updates but nothing has helped.
